With a true Adventurist spirit traceable to my Viking heritage, I left the beautiful, tiny town of Skultuna Sweden to pursue my dream of becoming an American and starting my own business.

After my initial exposure to the vibrant, artistic climate of New Mexico, I relocated to the Greater Palm Springs area in 1987 and obtained a Bachelors Degree from The University of California San Bernadino. I realized that I have a deep passion for colors, textures and design. I then began an extensive apprenticeship with various interior designers and painters, painstakingly learning the foundations of my craft so I could later transform those foundational lessons into innovative, "out of the box" techniques and expressions.

I ultimately realized my Adventurist Dream in the form of KOLORSPIRIT, which has grown into one of the Desert's premier decorative painting contractors. KOLORSPIRIT now includes a special ensemble of some of the Desert's most talented artists and craftsmen, each one a master of their specialty.

With KOLORSPIRIT, my emphasis is on truly listening to the client and energizing and enabling them to explore and express their own unique identity and creativity rather than intimidating and imposing my taste or preferences.

My goal is to empower my clients with the possibilities and techniques to infuse beauty, joy and creativity into their residential or business environment.
